History: A while ago, you may have remembered about that old guy from th Hyuuga that was killed by a Cloud nin. Well they made a deal with Konoha to take the body. Ever since then they have studied it and used a fusion of the Byakugan with chakra. They put it into Man. The man that had the power could never use it, only his spawn could. He had a son and named him Kaarakasha. The bloodline is in him. It is known as a cooperative bloodline. He uses his eyes and a hand(his left). His eyes become dark blue and yellow when he uses it and it allows him to see chakra flow. He uses his left hand to stop the chakra flow because static flies around it(hence the glove). Kaarakasha is a strong opponent. He became chuunin when he was thirteen on his first try at the exams. He is quite the fighter and very strategic.
